It has been roughly three months since Brea participated in what she likes to call “the desperation experiment”. She calls it that because it seemed like a desperate attempt to return to normal. It seemed that Brea entered the dream as a man named Peter and went through many different physical changes and when it was all over, she emerged as a woman. The real game-changer was the fact that she came out of the dream truly handicap. Not only is Brea missing her legs, but she is also missing over half the teeth in the top part of her mouth. Both issues have affected Brea both physically and psychologically. She cannot remember anything after the accident that left her in her current state which also killed her wife. Her memory of life before the accident is spotty also and she cannot remember too much that led up to her participation in the experiment.
